At Truly Epic Firearms, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing professional firearm transfer services, sales, and support while maintaining strict compliance with all federal and state firearm regulations.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or transferring any firearm or related product through our business or website.

1. Firearm Sales Are Final

Due to federal law and ATF regulations, all firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to the buyer or recorded in the ATF transfer log (Form 4473).
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for firearms after transfer, regardless of whether they have been fired.

All firearm transactions must comply fully with:

  • Federal Firearms Regulations (ATF)
  • Pennsylvania State Laws
  • Local municipal regulations

If you are unsure about a purchase, please contact us before completing your transaction.

2. Firearm Transfer Cancellations

If a background check or legal review results in a denial or delay, the following applies:

  • Denied Background Check: If you fail your NICS background check, the firearm cannot be transferred to you.
    • A restocking fee (typically 15–25%) may apply to cover administrative costs.
    • Shipping and transfer fees are non-refundable.
  • Canceled Transfers: If you decide to cancel a firearm transfer before completion, you may be charged a processing or cancellation fee to cover time and paperwork.

3. Non-Firearm Products

For non-firearm products (e.g., accessories, optics, gear, or apparel):

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Items showing wear, modification, or damage are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Custom Orders & Special Items

Custom firearm builds, gunsmithing work, or special orders are non-refundable once work has begun or the order has been placed with a manufacturer or distributor.

If you cancel before the custom work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any incurred costs.

5. Classes, Training, and Range Services

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled class may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled class or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
  • If a class is canceled by Truly Epic Firearms, customers may choose a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
