1. General Shipping Information

All orders placed through Truly Epic Firearms are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Once your order is received and verified, we will prepare it for shipment or FFL transfer as required by law.

Processing times may vary based on order volume, item availability, and federal compliance procedures.

2. Firearm Shipments

Federal law requires that all firearm shipments comply with Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulations.

  • Firearms cannot be shipped directly to an individual’s home.
    All firearm orders must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for legal transfer to the buyer.
  • The customer must provide a copy of their receiving FFL dealer’s license or the dealer’s contact information at checkout.
    We will verify the dealer’s license before shipment.
  • Once your firearm arrives at your chosen FFL, you will be required to complete Form 4473 and a background check (NICS) before taking possession.
  • Shipping fees, FFL transfer fees, and background check fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will not ship firearms to any jurisdiction where they are prohibited by law.

3. Shipping for Accessories & Non-Firearm Items

Non-firearm items such as accessories, ammunition, optics, or apparel may be shipped directly to your address (where permitted).

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We comply with all federal, state, and local shipping restrictions.
We do not ship firearms, ammunition, or restricted accessories to:

  • States or municipalities where such items are prohibited.
  • P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

Certain products (e.g., high-capacity magazines, suppressors) may be subject to additional restrictions depending on state law.

5. Shipping Damage or Loss

We take great care in packaging all items securely. However, if your shipment arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Keep all packaging materials and photographs of the damage.
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and assist with replacement or resolution.

Truly Epic Firearms is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they have been accepted by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

6. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment notification.

7. Delays

Shipping times may be affected by:

  • High order volume
  • Federal background check delays
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather or natural disasters
